Cake Pop of the Month
Automatic Payments
Subscribers will be charged on the 20th of each month. Payments are one month ahead. For example, a payment charged on September 20th pays for November’s cake pops. This allows Katie’s Cake Pops the ability to order the correct quantity of specialty ingredients that may take longer to arrive in the mail.
Subscription $10 fee or any additional cake pops of $4.50 are subject to a 1% cottage food sales tax.
If you use a credit card, we will charge an additional 3% fee to help offset processing costs. This is not more than we pay in fees.
Cancelation / Pausing
Subscribers can pause or cancel their subscription at any time, but due to the “payments are one month ahead” policy, the date you pause cancel makes a difference.
Pausing on the 1st-19th of the month will result in NO cake pop the following month (pausing on October 19th means you WILL NOT receive cake pops in November).
Pausing on the 20th-31st of the month WILL result in a cake pop the following month (pausing on October 20th means you WILL still receive cake pops in November).
Missed Pick-up?
Your order will be placed in the freezer (to keep fresh) and it will be added to next month’s order. The reason an earlier make-up date cannot be given is because once the cake pops are in the freezer, the container cannot be opened again until all cake pops completely thaw. Freezing, thawing, then re-freezing could affect the quality of the cake pops.
Weather / Emergency Policy
Should extreme weather or emergencies arise that cancels porch pick-up on a given month, subscribers will be notified via email as soon as possible. Orders will be placed in the freezer (to keep fresh), and will be added to next month’s order.
MOMCO MEMBERS - If a meeting is cancelled on a porch pick-up day, delivery will occur at the next meeting.
EUMC STAFF - If preschool is open the following day, delivery for EUMC staff will occur that Thursday. If there is no preschool that Thursday, delivery will occur at the next momco meeting day.
KATIE’S SPOUSE’S CO-WORKERS - If Katie’s spouse is unable to attend work on porch-pick up day, delivery for those co-workers will occur the day her spouse returns to work.
Allergen Notice
All Katie’s Cake Pops products are processed and prepared without state inspection in a home kitchen where allergens such as nuts, dairy, and wheat are present. All cake pops contain wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, and soy. If nuts are included in a recipe, a notification will be added to the food label.
Custom Orders
Order submissions are not guaranteed, and are subject to availability.
Designs and Quantities cannot be altered once payment has been received (unless agreed upon by both parties) .
Pick-up location in Starbucks located at 1025 Stafford Market Place in Stafford, VA (unless otherwise agreed upon).
Order will be cancelled if not picked up within an hour after agreed pick-up time. No Refunds.
Acceptable forms of payments include: Payment link provided in invoices. No Checks (with exception for corporate clients).

Katie’s Cake Pops LLC is a Virginia Cottage Bakery subject to cottage food law. Items sold are not for resale, and cannot be sold across state lines.
Once your Order Request has been submitted, Katie’s Cake Pops will be in touch within 1–3 business days. Once we’ve finalized your design and pricing, you’ll receive an invoice for a 50% NON-refundable deposit. Your date is officially secured once the deposit is paid.
